Very spacious room; the pool area, although I didn't use it, looked awesome, The room wasn't the cleanest, but I've been in worse. Being in a room that faced the courtyard, the shears didn't provide the best of privacy, so I had to keep the slider curtain closed most of the time. The onsite restaurant was great! Excellent variety of food and drink choices. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of protein options. I would definitely stay hear again, if the opportunity presents itself.

We brought our grandchildren to the hotel for the pool/waterpark. They loved it and it was a big hit to them. The part we were so disappointed in was the overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the hallways and lobby area, which we had to walk through to get anywhere in the hotel. For this reason, we do not think we are going to bring the grandkids back.

It’s a large place and likely needs a much larger staff for maintenence. Could take more pride in keeping west patios and pool area in better condition. Pool ladder needs replace for safety and hot tub a little too warm for safety. Rm 236 tub/shower tile in terrible condition. The breakfast staff is so friendly and really doing a great job. Storybook and college events are wonderful draws for people. Ramkota owners should capitalize on this with updates and maintenence.
