I was way over charged. Was also supposed to be in a suite with a separate entrance but was taken in these people house with 5 or more cats and the smell was disgusting, overpowering and unbearable with cat piss. Was also not clean, dirt and cat hair all over. The yard is way over grown.

Great host and the location was close to the highway. There was too many cars at the location when we arrived as the neighbors seem to park on the propery. The suite is located in the basement and although newer it smelled very strongly of dried flowers which triggered our allergies. Yard was messy and old derelict vehicles in the yard and driveway. Convenient but not worth the amount we paid for it

Comfortable weekend stay

Comfortable beds and nice unit. Was just missing the soap and conditioner in the washroom. The 2-1 Shampoo and Conditioners are not good enough for women's hair.

Did not like being greeted by strong smell of cat urine and feces when we stepped into the house. Found dead 3 inch (cat) roundworm stuck to the floor. Cats meowing all night. No air conditioning, room far smaller than advertised. Access to closet blocked by table and wall mounted TV. Fridge was set to cold, drinks and food were frozen solid. Upon arrival we thought we made a mistake because of neglect to premises, thought home was unoccupied. We forfeited the last 2 nights of our stay and enjoyed Abbotsford Best Western Inn. We wanted to talk to Expedia first about this but they have made it so you can't contact them.

Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area.

The inside of the unit was okay but the outside was a mess. Discarded appliances, overgrown grass and weeds, cobwebs on the steps into the unit. It really took away from the property.

I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD.

there are really no words to describe how our experience was.. The owner was really nice and out going, huge help on where to park for the night, & great communication. On the other side of things, the main front door into the suite didn't close or lock, had to have a chair against it to keep it shut. We went to a concert and had our last guest show up late to see the front door wide open.. like the front door has a mind of its own. The whole suite smelled like cat piss.. there was no baseboard heaters.. or heat at all, all evening, and night until the morning when the upstairs owner turned it on for him..

Overall the place was grubby, we didn't walk around in our bare feet. The linens were all scratchy, the pillows were flat and old. Bathroom shower was moldy, floors felt gross and the light fixture was covered in dust. The whole place smelled like cat urine (our allergies were terrible!), and we couldn't open the windows as there were no screen in them. The property as a whole was unkept, messy and run down.

This place is NOT a hotel. It IS filthy dirty. Dead bugs and dust bunnies everywhere. Dirty clothes of the previous client under the bed along with garbage. The place has not been cleaned before we arrived. Spoke to owner and he was somewhat helpful. When we left we noticed all the other filthy things in the unit. Definitely not worth the price. The photos do NOT match the actual unit. It’s completely misleading. The amenities do not match the photos or the description.

Very quiet. Large spacious apartment. Bedrooms are luxury and amazing! Bathroom has one sink which makes it challenging for a large family. Need some tables to put suitcases on or drawers to put clothes in. Other than that I give it a 10 out of 10 rating.
