Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nice reception & entrance area. Very conveniently located in the town center. Restaurants in the hotel but also close by - hotel is huge- we preferred the atmosphere of the restaurant next door. Room was large and comfortable, though felt a bit dated. The modern reception area belied the age of the hotel. But in all, would go there again.

Superbe séjour une semaine novembre 2022, très satisfait, personnel très sympathique j'y reviendrai certainement prix du diner (35€/personne) trop cher compte tenu du coût de la nuitée.

La prima impressione è ottima, ma poi ci si accorge di vari difetti e guasti. La camera era bella spaziosa, arredata in stile moderno ma il bagno è decisamente da ristrutturare. Anche l’aria condizionata in camera non funzionava molto. Le piscine sono molto belle, con l’acqua termale ma anche qui c’erano dei getti che non funzionavano e altri difetti che bastava sistemare. Non abbiamo gradito che il giorno di check-out bisogna pagare l’ingresso in piscina e proprio non abbiamo apprezzato che la zona wellness sia a pagamento anche per gli ospiti dell’hotel con pernottamento e che si può utilizzare solo per un’ora. I trattamenti sono gradevoli.
