We stayed at the hotel just two weeks after it opened. It is a beautiful property with a lovely outdoor terrace and a very nice swimming pool. The breakfast mainly features organic food. The buffet isn't large, but it was more than sufficient for our taste. The only drawback was finding the hotel. The entrance is simply a door in a wall, with no visible signage and very little information available. We actually drove around the town twice before finally finding it, which added almost an hour to our journey. As the hotel has only recently opened, it is still surrounded by construction work. At 9 a.m., drilling started in the room next to ours, which woke us all up. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They kindly offered us a late check-out, even though the hotel was fully booked. I'm confident that, once the construction is complete, this will be THE place to stay in Aarhus. I have no doubt that in a year or two it will be one of the top hotel destinations in the area.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden, konnten diese Eindrücke jedoch leider nicht teilen. Das Hotel ist neu und überzeugt mit einem modernen, stilvollen und nachhaltigen Design. Gleichzeitig merkt man aber, dass viele Abläufe noch nicht reibungslos funktionieren. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, wirkte jedoch noch nicht eingespielt. Für ein Soft Opening wäre das verständlich – bei regulären Preisen erwarten wir jedoch einen entsprechend ausgereiften Service. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das moderne Design sowie die großen Fenster mit dem schönen Ausblick. Leider wurde bei der Ausstattung die Funktionalität dem Design untergeordnet. Die Dusche und die Badezimmertür schließen nicht richtig, das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein und führt schnell zu Wasserspritzern. Statt eines Fernsehers gibt es nur Streaming vom Handy, das wegen des instabilen WLANs nicht funktionierte. Kühlschrank und normaler Mülleimer fehlen ebenfalls. Zudem lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Gerade im Sommer fehlte dadurch frische Luft. Zusammen mit den sehr warmen Bettdecken war das Zimmer nachts stickig und unangenehm. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns das Housekeeping. In vier Tagen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gründlich gereinigt – selbst das Waschbecken blieb ungeputzt. Die Zimmerreinigung beschränkte sich meist aufs Betten machen. Das entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard in dieser Preisklasse.

Ret svært at finde selve hotellet da det ligger i en byggeplads lige nu og der ikke var særlig godt skiltet foran bygningen. Ellers et ganske fint hotel med hyggeligt lounge og pool område. Og venligt personale. Lidt underligt brusesystem/håndvask, som skal være smart, men desværre er besværligt og tidkrævende.
