We had a decent sized double room, however we did have the humming noise from what might have been kitchen extraction unit. Also the regular chimes of the church bells tolling. The room was very warm (we stayed end of August) and there was no fan or aircon which would have been welcome. Breakfast room was very pleasant and a fairly plain breakfast buffet with healthy options provided. There were lovely snacks in the afternoon in the lobby area, nice brownies and carrot cake. Everywhere was walkable that we needed to get to. There wasn't space in the parking when we arrived so we made use of the public parking a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would recommend this hotel.

I liked staying at this hotel, it is very handy for the main railway station, less than 10 minutes walk. I particularly liked the buffet breakfast and that coffee is available at the lobby. Room was basic but fine, there is a bit of street noise at night if you are that side of hotel.

Lidt ældre hotel som ligger dejlig tæt på midtbyen, så det er nemt at gå rundt fra hotellet. Morgenmaden var fin. Dejligt at man kan hente sig en kop kaffe døgnet rundt. Kunne godt forestille mig at komme tilbage.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff did an excellent job especially a clerk named Rune. He went above and beyond to provide the best of service. He should be rewarded. Great place to stay.

Koselig hotell veldig sentralt i Aalborg. Litt «slitent» er det jo. Vi hadde ikke air condition på rommet så det ble altfor varmt for oss. Ellers bra.

Ekstrem meget larm fra gaden så svært ved at falde i søvn før en kl 02.00 (fredag-søndag ophold) ellers ok stort værelse. Lille fjernsyn der virker ok- kan ikke streame. Lille badeværelse- det fungere som det skal. Morgenmad ganske ok med stort udvalg. God service fra Receptionen

Ingen mulighednfor mad ud over morgenmad. Morgenmaden var fin, ikke speciel, men okay. Sengene var udmærket.. men vinderne i det meget varme værelse, lå ud til gården, hvor folk kom ud for at ryge, snakke og hygge sig - til tider meget højt.

Servicen fra receptionen var helt i top. Værelset var slidt og det var det mest umulige smalle badeværelse, der “kogte i varmen”, da der ikke kunne skærmes for solen. Morgenmaden var fin, udvalg af tilkøb/tilbud i receptionen også fin. God beliggenhed

Skuffende hotel med god beliggenhed.

Opholdet startede med at blive opkrævet 100 kroner ekstra fordi Hotels.com åbenbart havde tjekket os ind som en voksen og et barn - vi var to voksne. Parkeringskælderen var ikke tilgængeligt, så vi måtte parkere på en offentlig betalingsparkering. Værelset var nummer 203, ud mod Vesterbro, der fungerer som racerbane i weekenden. Lyskrydsene var som en dragrace-bane frem til kl 02 om natten og vinduerne var ikke lydisolerende OVERHOVEDET. Sov med hørepropper frem til midt på natten. Værelset var ikke ca 1000 kroner værd for een overnatning. Utidssvarende og ikke opgraderet i mange, mange år. Mikroskopisk fjernsyn, badeværelset var en mystisk 90er-stil. Sengene var ok, men to separate madrasser. Hovedpuderne var flade som pandekager. Ingen semi-moderne bekvemmeligheder på værelset som f.eks. elkedel eller lignende. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fin. Overordnet set et ret skuffende hotel, men med en god beliggenhed for ophold i Aalborg midtby. Jeg forstår ikke hotellet har fået så gode anmeldelser her på Hotels.com -vi kommer ikke igen, selv om Aalborg er en dejlig by.

Fint ophold

Rigtig fint ophold på 3 mands værelse, hvor opredningen var på weekendseng. Dejligt stort værelse. Fin morgenmad og dejligt med parkering på stedet. Ulemper på stedet og dette værelse: Larm fra måger på gaden (pga åbne vinduer i sommervarmen) og at bruseren hang så dumt på skråvæggen så det ikke er til de højeste at vaske håret stående. Alt i alt et godt ophold.
