Our room was not serviced on the first morning, when we enquired we were told you had to place the ‘clean my room’ hanger on the outside of your room door, the receptionist did not inform us of this on arrival. The breakfast finished at 10 but at 945 around 15 staff members descended on the buffet and wiped out the remaining food leaving very little for the guests. Our friends arrived at 945 to practically no food and no kitchen staff were in attendance refilling. We have never experienced hotel staff joining guests during breakfast hours ever!

Hyvää: Keskeinen sijainti. Riittävän hyvä aamupala. Gluteeniton vaihtoehto löytyy pyydettäessä. Maidotonta tarjottavaa heikosti. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta riittävä. Sänky normaali ja tyynäjä oli tarjolla useampi per henkilö. Parannettavaa: Kylpyhuoneen laattojen saumat pitäisi pestä. Nyt ne kasvoivat mustaa hometta. Kylpyhuoneessa pitäisi olla edes yksi pistorasia. Nyt ei ollut yhtäkään. Ulkona oli hieman yli 20 astetta lämmintä ja huone oli saapuessamme todella kuuma. Lähestulkoon sietämättömän kuuma. Huoneessa oli kaksi tuuletinta, mutta ne eivät tahtoneet riittää viilentämään riittävästi. Itse päädyin nukkumaan alasti kylmällä vedellä kostutettu pyyhe päälläni ensimmäisen yön, jotta sain edes vähän unta.

En god opplevelse💯

Flott hotell, med en perfekt beliggenhet. Ble møtt av hyggelige og behjelpsomme ansatte. Brukte kun rommet til soving, og til det fungerte det utmerket. Helt greie senger. Rommet manglet aircondition, som gjennom en lang dag merktes på kvelden. Mot varmen hadde hotellet satt inn 2 rimelig store vifter som fungerte fint. Bråket fra viftene hadde også de ansatte tenkt på, da ørepropper låg klar. Meget rent og pent hotell og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Billig parkering. Kommer definitivt her igjen.

Pænt og i god stand

Flot, moderne og rent Supirior-værelse. Ikke det største, men okay og havde hvad vi behøvede. Lette gardiner ville have været rart i tillæg til mørklægningsgardinerne, så kan kunne skærme for indsyn. Og måske et lille køleskab. Meget lækker morgenbuffet. Venligt personale. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold.

Virkelig god oplevelse hos Kompas

Virkelig en god oplevelse med Kompas, da vi stod i Aalborg på dagen, og et andet hotel havde glemt vores reservation. Vi fik booket Kompas i stedet, og det var heldigvis meget bedre. + Venligt og imødekommende personale + Virkelig lækker morgenbuffet - med mange valgmuligheder + Meget rent alle steder + Gode faciliteter (fx fitness-rum og rum med billard, shuffle, bordfodbold og karaoke-anlæg) + Fin afstand til centrum, Utzon og vandet + Rabatter til restauranter og oplevelser + Nemt at orientere sig i deres online-gæstebog - Ikke deres skyld, men der var vandlæk fra A/C i værelset

Praktisk beliggenhed

Godt hotel for et hurtigt besøg i Aalborg. Beliggenhed tæt på indfaldsvejen og tæt på centrum. Værelset er praktisk indrettet, og der er plads til en pc på skrivebordet. Offentlig parkering foran hotellet, og enkelte betalingspladser i kælderen under hotellet. Der er desuden nogle Clever ladere på p-pladsen. Morgenmaden er til gengæld ikke nogen stor oplevelse.
