“I booked and fully prepaid for 2 rooms at MarCant B.V. in the Netherlands through Expedia well in advance. When we arrived at the property, the front desk told us they were completely fully booked and refused to check us in or offer any solution. When I contacted Expedia support, they claimed it was "subject to the hotel," completely ignoring the fact that my financial transaction was directly with Expedia, not the hotel. “Nice, cosy hotell with an old and genuine feeling. Friendly staff and nice room, in a old fashioned style (positively meaning!) Narrow stairs an corridors in the upper floor, where the rooms are situated. No elevator in this old building, no problem, but good to know. The shower in the bathroom was a bit tricky to handle because of a very small shield between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Delden is very nice and cosy with a lot of small shops.”

“Room was clean and spacious. Enough - good lighting available in the room. Good shower and lovely surroundings. Nice breakfast and welcoming and friendly staff. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a (tea)kettle or coffee maker in the room. Excellent value for money!”
