Overall the stay was ok - the bathroom is modern - but it smells due to the lack of ventilation - the size of the bathroom is probably more for smaller people - at just under 1.90m I didn't feel very comfortable. The corridors clearly show that this hotel was built years ago - the flooring in the room could do with some renovation. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is what you would expect from Mercure hotels. The car park is also fine.

Decent hotel with friendly staff, room was tidy and everything in good condition. Minor thing was the bed (Matrass was quite hard). Good place to park our car and close to the city center ( you can walk).

The hotel is nice, very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. But the real star of this hotel is the staff. Wonderfully helpful and friendly and they were so so kind to our daughter. The stay in general was good, room was clean, the hotel a bit older, but after check-out I was shocked about the price for the breakfast. Hadn‘t realized it during booking/check-in. Until the prize for breakfast (40 €) will not at least be decreased by 50% I will not book again for that place.

Hotel was great but the air conditioning wasn’t working. For the two nights we were there we didn’t have it. The room got very stuffy even with the window open. It rained the second night so we couldn’t open it all the way. Otherwise room was very clean and staff were very nice.

Comfortable, convenient hotel, what I would expect for this brand. We didn't take breakfast because this was an extra 23 EUR each. Parking was an extra 13 EUR. Easy walk into Aachen for dinner.
