Really good service, the rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast is amazing, close to the city center and the main train station. Calm and really comfortable rooms and beds. Everything was perfect!

Proximity to the railway station is the hotel’s main attraction. In other respects it seems rather run down and in need of refurbishing. The room was very basic, though the bed was comfortable; no air conditioning but the window opened fully. I’d trade up to a better hotel if I ever came to Aachen again.

Location is good, property is just older home that was redesigned to be a Hotel - no air conditioning, so be aware when travel during hot months. Parking is offsite. The rooms were clean, but just basic bedding/beds. Best part was bathrooms. Wifi, in my rooms was horrible.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gute Lage in Bahnhofs- und Innenstadtnähe. Im unmittelbaren Umfeld haben ir drei gute Restaurants gefunden - man braucht für ein gute Abendbrot nicht unbedingt bis in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen wurde es im Zimmer in der obersten Etage trotz Ventilator sehr heiß, zumal das Fenster in der Dachschräge des Bades keinerlei Jalousie oder Gardine hat, so dass die Hitze ungehindert einströmen konnte.Da entstanden Temperaturen von bestimmt 50 oder 60 Grad - auf den Kacheln konnte man ohne Hausschuhe nicht gehen, ohne sich die Fußsohlen zu verbrennen. Da laesst sich doch bestimmt Abhilfe schaffen.

Hotel choisi au dernier moment en comparant tous les autres jusqu'à deux fois plus cher. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris du cadre, de la propreté et de la qualité de la salle de bain en plus du petit déjeuner inclus dans notre formule. Je recommande fortement cet endroit !
