Poorly lit room, and NO Air Conditioning. Windows in room were open upon our arrival and room was full of mosquitoes. Pillows were lumpy and paper thin. Mattress was thin memory foam, not comfortable. Staff was absolutely indifferent to our business and our presence in the hotel. Generally just not a good place for an American traveler to feel welcome or physically comfortable.

bagno piuttosto vecchio e scomodo, camera piccola, ma pulita, letti con materassi un pochino andati. molto bella la SPA. personale gentile e colazione buona con dolci fatti in casa. orario del check in indicato da expedia ERRATO rispetto a quello reale della struttura ma il personale ha comunque gestito il problema preparando la camera.

The staff was great but we got twin beds... i mean we are not teens at 52 so kids beds.... Also the listing shows hottub and other amenities that are not available unless you pay an upcharge. The shower was broken. The habdle holder didn't hold anything. No ac remote to turn it on. Toilet leaking. Overall a nice place and staff but the room was 0/20

Albergo datato ma con stanze recentemente rinnovate e molto pulite. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Struttura ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli in quanto e' presente un ristorante. Ottima colazione con grande selezione di dolci fatti in casa.

Diverse volte siamo stati a belsito,la prima volta era tutto bene,poi dalla seconda volta ci sono stati inconvenienti tra rubinetti che perdeva in bagno e il letto che scricchiolava un po'scomodi.
