The staff was great but we got twin beds... i mean we are not teens at 52 so kids beds.... Also the listing shows hottub and other amenities that are not available unless you pay an upcharge. The shower was broken. The habdle holder didn't hold anything. No ac remote to turn it on. Toilet leaking. Overall a nice place and staff but the room was 0/20

Poorly lit room, and NO Air Conditioning. Windows in room were open upon our arrival and room was full of mosquitoes. Pillows were lumpy and paper thin. Mattress was thin memory foam, not comfortable. Staff was absolutely indifferent to our business and our presence in the hotel. Generally just not a good place for an American traveler to feel welcome or physically comfortable.
