This was my second time staying@ The Strat. I love everything about this hotel, but I was upset that I didn't have a microwave in my room, I thought that the update suites had them in the rooms. I had to throw food away I really want.

There was no coffee in the room.
Upon checkout we were charged $43.34 for refreshments which we did not use anything. I disputed the charge and am supposed to get a refund at some point.
Shower did not work properly.
