“This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....

“Place was great! The golf carts were wonderful. The food was amazing. The staff was attentive when asked but the service could have been more personalized. We were soaked as was our luggage from a storm when checking in and the staff didn't know and or could have expedited our check in to get us warm and dry. Staff didn't remember our names but was friendly.”

Service aux chambres deux fois par jour. Piscine et plage privée mais seule la plage publique adjacente permet la baignade. Prévoir votre réservation de buggy à l’avance: nous n’avions pas fait de réservation et aucun buggy n’était disponible. Le gérant a réglé notre demande et nous avions un buggy...

“The Pinnacles has the most amazing view over Airlie Brach as it is located on top of a small hill. It’s a 10 minutes walk into town but the walk back up the hill is not for the unfit. The infinity pool was stunning. Our apartment had a jacuzzi on the large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Management were really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”
