Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Bahía del Tiburón

“Parfait”

“Really nice complex right on the beach with amazing reef for snorkelling. Staff were great and really friendly. Lots of pools to choose from although could have done with a games room for tv/pool/darts or something to keep the teenagers entertained. Marked down a little as food choices become a bit repetitive and air con in our room stopped working a few times, we reported it and was fixed quickly but then stopped again the next day - this happened 4 times in a 10 day stay so excessive and quite...

“The hotel is in a spectacular location. The coral reef accessible right from the property is impressive—far better than many of the natural reefs featured on paid excursions. We did run into an issue, though: upon check-out, we were told a small towel was missing from one of the rooms, and they tried to charge us for it. It was shocking and unbelievable. You really need to improve in this regard.”

“Such a lovely trip! Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff, always happy to help and excellent care. Helped with mosquito repellents in the room as we had a rogue mosquito causing havoc on the first night and housekeeping were kind enough to give us a plug in repellant and spray the room so no further issues! Food was excellent, specifically my friend who was both gluten free (Coeliac) and vegetarian met with Anwar the head chef for the resort who personally came to guest relations and reassured...

“We had an enjoyable family holiday, with the aqua park, pools, entertainment and friendly staff being the main highlights. The facilities were well maintained, never felt overcrowded, and there was plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. Our room was comfortable and housekeeping staff were welcoming, but cleanliness could have been better, with hair in the shower drain on arrival and dust in less visible areas. The corridors also felt tired, with scuffed walls and stained...

“Good: they have a daily free shuttle bus to Naama Bay at night, all food inclusive, helpful and great staff willing to help you solve issues, help you calling taxi, etc. You can snorkel and get great massages. Bad: bad internet, no WiFi in rooms and the one in reception is very slow, they must raise their cleaning standards, they don’t clean cups/glasses in the room even if they are used, had to ask the cleaner to leave soap. A very big hotel. Small beach area.”

“We did not like almost anything. The food is terrible, the service non existent and the cleanness of the place has a lot to improve”

“Muy buen hotel, falta mantenimiento, reciclar”

“It was a very pleasant stay. Wonderful staff, from security to luggage support, house keeping and front desk manager (whom kindly upgraded to a suite from a standard room). The suite itself was clean and spacious, wrap around balcony with sea view. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure shower was great. It is a very large property and they provide golf carts to bring you to where you would like, just a phone call away. 24hr room service and quick laundry turn around. The beach is nice...

“It was great. I gave it 4 because I found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Otherwise I would have gave it 5.”
