“This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. “This is a gem in Assisi. I stayed here for one night before checking into another place in the historical town centre. The resort is super clean and quiet which allows you to relax as the town centre can sometimes be crowded with tour groups. There is a sauna in the room, also the view from the hotel is magnificent where you can see the panoramic view of the whole historical centre of Assisi.
