We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.”
