“I travelled in from the uk and had booked 3 rooms via expedia for 4 nights for my family. All rooms were immaculately clean and newly built. The management and staff were all very accommodating, professional and cooperative. The bell boys were also incredibly helpful with our moving our luggage to multiple floors. “The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful.
