“Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)”

“La ubicación La facilidad de entrada Y el precio Lo recomiendo”

“The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

“Todo estuvo bien solo que no hay atencion en español o se hacen lo q no te entienden ”

“The couch downstairs was very dirty. The drawers for the fridge were broken. The garbage can foot pedal was broken and cut my daughter’s foot. The barstools at the counter were very unsteady. Up stairs in the master bathroom there was black mold on the shower wall. The shower door frame rail was all dirty and rusty. Both sets of bunk beds were very unsteady and couldn’t have anyone sleep on the top bunk. During our stay there one of the bathrooms had ants coming from the wall. Property...

“No lavan la ropa de cama , encontramos una camisa de otro huesped entre las sabanas y la sabana estaba sucia de comida. They don't wash the bed linen, we found another guest's shirt between the sheets and the sheet was dirty with food.”

“Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...

“Horrible customer service. Pool was not heated also dirty once we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking. Bed felt like a sink hole. ”

“Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected.”
