“Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous. I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....

“温泉は良かった。湯上がりにソフトドリンクが飲めるのもありがたい。 T字髭剃りはいまひとつだ。部屋に浄水器もあり、あんしんできた。ブッフェは、地元野菜が美味かった。イワナの塩焼きは美味かった。今回は酒ものみほうだいで、信州ワインや地酒も楽しめた。”

“写真が施設内のものと近隣のものが混在していて勘違いをしてしまう様なところがありました。 建物内はとても綺麗で素敵でした。 スタッフの方の対応も迅速で有り難かったです。 ペット同伴で特にルールは無いとのことでしたがベット、ソファーは乗せてはいけないと事で認識が違うところがあり戸惑いました。 全般的には満足です。”
