“Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service. ”

Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”
