Management te constantly check up on guests to make sure the stay is pleasant and to address any concerns one might have. Hotel is very clean in general, easy access to facilities and have buggies available at all time to bring guests around the property. “Unfortunately on arrival my wife was ill, our room wasn’t ready which normally would not have been a problem but Leshun on the front desk upgraded us to an an amazing Butlers suit with infinity pool. This gesture of kindness and friendless was the theme throughout our stay. We hope to return soon for the full Sandals experience. ”
