“Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”

The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. “Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. ”

“The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate...
