“2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。”

“처음에 캐리어 끌고 찾아가기에는 지하철역에서 쉽지만 거리가 조금 됩니다 ㅎㅎ 鼓楼站 3번출구에서 쭉 직진하면 되는데 10분정도 걸어야하는듯해요 느리게걸으면ㅋㅋ 직원들 친절하고 방 크고 좋아요 근데 전 옛 건물에 투숙해서 욕조가 없었어요 하지만 강추합니당!!”

“The room is big and clean. The staff is nice. However, the indoor swimming pool, gym (only few facilities) and one hotel restaurant in hotel were all closed and shut down!! So curious and not shown on the website!! Also, 3 out of 6 small spa pools were shut down due to problem. The buffet restaurant is only opened for breakfast. There is only one Chinese restaurant and a tea/cafe shop (snack food serving only) are left for lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant is opened until 8:00pm...
