“This is a top notch hotel as far as facilities now that the renovation is over, but there are others hotels like that. What makes this place special are the people that work there - everyone. From reception, to the concierge, to the restaurant personnel, to management, the service is personalized, smooth, discrete and non-intrusive. You really feel like home, and employees make an effort to anticipate your needs and desires. Outstanding.”

“Clean room, nice ambience”

“The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL!...

“Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels...
