Room hardwares and cleaness very good, but Landing App did not properly work, not easy to link up with the landlord/agent for check-in/check-out process.

It was not a great property! Believe the reviews. I wish we had! There is no soap for washing hands in the bathroom, you are told to use body wash?! the pull out was filthy with food and trash from guests before. The breakfast was awful! Awful lol. We went to Starbucks when we left. We usually love ES, not this one!

Not very customer accommodating whatsoever!
I booked a two night stay through Expedia. My husband and I took a cruise and planned on stopping back through Amelia Island to finish out our anniversary. Unfortunately, there was a family emergency and I needed to cancel or rebook one nights stay not two to a later date. I was denied by hotel staff. I would have been ok with a no refund, however, not being accommodating when I requested to rebook one nights stay two weeks out with an additional night added. So now, I am out 300$ for a nights stay due to early check out. Absolutely insane! I will be filing a claim through my bank.
Not accommodating! Not customer focused. Do NOT recommend!
