“The room was comfortable, clean & nicely furnished but the shower floor & tiles were quite mouldy. The downstairs toilets needed a good clean too. A good breakfast was available but the eggs were cold. The restaurant meal and staff was excellent The hospitality staff and chef were exceptionally good & went out of their way to provide excellent service, as we were having a birthday celebration there. Every aspect of our event was well planned and managed & everything went well.”

Una noche, tarde, llegué y estaba desprogramada la llave electrónica del cuarto; un rollo para resolverlo, pues no hay nadie en recepción. Trato rudo. Sólo se salva un muchacho colombiano que ahí labora. Un desastre.”

“We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets.
