“We would give 5 star rating if the kitchen drainage pipe wasn’t busted and the shower floor level that keeps the water from draining. Otherwise the location is great right next to metro and big mall that you can find all kind of snacks, food, and groceries. I highly recommend and would stay here again. BTW it comes with kitchen, dining table and living area as well as breakfast.”

“Excellent Service”

“Hotel moderno y muy limpio, la ubicación correcta sin más ”

“Conveniently located across the street from the light rail station. Loved the laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!”

“The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids.”

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The customer service was the best, especially Hank who was so attentive to our every needs! Big shot out to Hank!”

“Like”

“The breakfast was self service but very good, the room was a good size and the staff good. Taxi's are available to get around but the Metro is excellent value for money.”

“地點絕佳，地鐵站出口直達，旅館在26樓，安靜視野好，客房乾凈舒適”
