“The property looked great online, but unfortunately the reality was disappointing. On arrival, the hallways felt tired and run-down. The bathroom appeared newly renovated, which was initially promising, but the shower drained poorly and flooded the bathroom floor. There was no housekeeping during our long-weekend stay, and the sheets didn’t properly cover the beds to the corners, leaving us touching the exposed mattress while sleeping. The TV didn’t work either, and the air conditioner had...

“Nice property in the western suburbs of Sydney. Located close to a shopping center with dining options. My only issue was when I told the front desk staff that the gym water cooler wasn't working, and asked if they could do something about it, the gentleman simply said no and went into detail on how he could not help me. Thankfully a more experienced staff member intervened and offered me a bottle of water to help me through my workout. The only other thing is they charge $14 for parking in...

“Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. ”

“What a lovely little spot. So close to the Wentworth Falls walkway and views. It was very clean, comfortable, although a bit tired in some of the furnishings and bathroom. The spa was dreamy. Made for lovely evening relaxing. Parking was great too.”

“Very nice, modern room with nice bathroom. The attached restaurant was great with multiple different seating options/zones and delicious food. Unfortunately, the room had a very soiled couch with multiple stains that was disgusting really just needed to be replaced that marred our view of the cleanliness of the room.”

“The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay.”

“The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The parking was good, but our stay was not during a busy period. The hotel is very nice; we will be staying again.”

“El desayuno muy malo , la imagen del hotel no es buena falta personal y no hay atención en el desayuno decepcionado y mucho ya no pienso coger más hoteles del grupo Accord mucho para los accionarios y poco para los clientes y las presentaciones ”

“Easy parking right outside the front door to the room, very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything I needed including a kitchenette. From the Hume Highway the entrance looked a bit unkempt but that is the neighbouring property with the long grass. The WM Hotel staff were very nice and polite, I would stay again. It was a close walk to various food locations and the shopping centre is not far down the highway.”

“I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms have always been clean with friendly staff. The location is easy to get to and from. The only negative I can say is that the rooms while being maintained and clean are older, however if you don't mind this it is a great budget friendly place with plenty of room in the family rooms.”
