“Excellent hotel! Food, service all. The location is not very good, however it is close to the main avenues (by walking) and a very nice park. Kind of far if you plan to go to Ephesus”

“Las sábanas no estaban limpias. Olían mal. Y llenas de pelo….”

“Excellent location within a wooded area in the middle of the city, near a largeshopping centre. Breakfast was very good; but no toaster for toasting bread. Toilet smell in the bathroom, seeping into the room; but this seems to be a very common problem in many hotels in Turkiye; must be plumming design problem.”

“Barish, the manager, was very kind to us and gave us an upgrade and free breakfast. All was well, the beds, the rooms, wifi and the lobby. The only thing we did not like was the massage. The lady that gave us the massage had her nose running while massaging us and her phone was ringing. Once she even answered the phone and put it between her ear and her shoulder while massaging me. Not my idea of a relaxing massage!”

“Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb.”

“good”
