“Fantastic stay. Lovely beds. Dry sauna and onsen were wonderful. Everything was great.”

“Exceptional place to stay in Beppu and wonderful service throughout our stay. Victor was especially helpful during the check in and check out process”

“Muy buena atención. Cuartos muy buenos. El onsen privado es muy conveniente. Muy buena cena y desayuno.”

“All rooms have their own onsen, I can enjoy onsen with privacy at any time. It’s very convenient. It’s a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. Personally, I love Japanese meal, so if they can provide a traditional Japanese breakfast, it would be great.”

“Clean interior”

“Laundry was free of charge. The air conditioner had some issues . The sofa has crumbs and a small area of floor was sticky. Like that the toilet and the shower are in separate room. The size of the room is big compared to other accommodation in Japan. There was only one pair of slipper for the toilet room but none to be used inside the room.”
