“My only comment is parking and breakfast staff”

“My stay at the hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to Ms. Marwa and Ms. Asmaa for their incredible hospitality and helpfulness. Big thanks to the whole staff for the excellent service.”

“It was not a VILLA ! ! It was an APARTMENT. Very NOISY ! LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY LONG ! ! My wife had to wash all bedding sheets. We have to buy towels and all kind of detergents. DOGs, LOTS of DOGSs and CATS everywhere in the area ! To be fair, the sea water and the sandy beach were very good. The property manager was helpful, as well.”

“The check-in process was incredibly terrible. At first they told us that a reservation was nowhere to be found and that there is an issue with Expedia and that I had to deal with them. I was then told by expedia's local representative that my booking was canceled because I came in late past the check in time , which makes absolutely no sense. ”
