“The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit....

“Tivemos alguns problemas no nosso apartamento ! Pessoal da administração com pouco ou nenhum interesse em resolver.”

“Excellent hotel, you don’t need to rental a car.. they have a shuttle for many places. Wonderful location and great service and view. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel. I just didn’t like that the breakfast is not included and we need to go to restaurant and choose from the menu. The food is excellent, but expensive.”

“Our stay at the Enclave was terrific from start to finish. The transportation from the airport was appreciated, the staff was extremely nice and attentive and the location was perfect for skiing. Our condo was perfect for our family of five and was perfectly clean, and the shuttle was perfect for anywhere our family needed to be. The pool and jacuzzi were also great. We’ll hopefully be back next season! ”
