“From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us.”

“Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

“Spacious, very clean. Enjoyed the keyless entry and being able to check in and out online. Plenty of parking. Close to the City Centre and gardens. Would stay again!”

“Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Even though our room was at the front of the property near road, it was quiet enough. Plenty of free parking. There’s no lift, so ask for ground floor room if you can’t do stairs to 2nd level easily. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants nearby, as they don’t have their onsite restaurant open for breakfast Sun or Mon & no dinner Sat/Sun night. This was our 2nd visit as we like the quieter location but still close to city centre...

“We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during...
