“If you like noise until all hours of the day and night with endless kids screaming at two in the morning and boom boom uncontrollable noise then ok. Loads of kids get dropped off in to swim in the pool. No security to stop them making a racket. I had to get up at two in the morning and ask them to stop the noise. Never can this place be four stars!! Building is outdated and on its last legs!! Stay away it’s awful!!”

“I have been accommodated in a Suite Superior, Without Balcony, Partial Sea-view.I don´t recommend this room to anyone. The music show is just in front and every day till 23:30 you can not sleep, read or watch the TV. I spoke with reception and they did not change my room by another one.”

“Ruined Our Post-Wedding Stay—Unprofessional and Heartless I booked a 3-day stay here right after my wedding. When I realized I couldn't make it on time for check-in, I proactively contacted the hotel to alert them of my late arrival. They completely ignored my message and cancelled my booking without any notification. Unaware of this, I drove 4 hours the next day only to be turned away at the desk. No notice, no care, and absolutely no empathy for our situation. They ruined what should have...

“We had a spacious room with a fantastic view. Our house keeper Dalila was the best. Unfortunately the quality of the food has decreased since our last visit.”

“Service sehr schlecht”

“Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable.”
