“I cannot say enough good things about Travessia. The location is absolutely stunning, the food is amazing, and the staff are so kind and thoughtful. Travessia is truly a place to get away from it all and I am so appreciative of our time there. We loved that it was an eco-lodge using solar energy and was also working with the local community to be a force for good. We travel a lot, but this may be my favorite place we have ever stayed.”

“I spent wonderful 2 weeks here. The hotel is well maintained. Sits on a stretch of quiet white sand beach. Room was lovely, quiet, spotless, everything in good condition. Meals great - breakfast I loved in particular. Staff helpful without being intrusive. Proprietors very helpful with flights, activities, meals. The beach is unspoiled and safe - great for long walks and for swimming. Diving available and great.”
