“Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but .... 1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them.... 2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff...

“Great little hotel in a wonderful location. Rooms are tasteful and comfortable, and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was of a great standard. The roof terrace was a nice bonus, and the hotel is situated just off the main street and a short walk from the beach. Negatives were that the walls were a bit marked and the carpets were slightly stained, but overall a really nice hotel. Perfect for a relaxed break.”

“В общем очень понравилось и рекомендую, с одним критичным моментом. Очень удобно расположенный комплекс, квартиры сделаны с умом, хорошо, приятно, чисто, есть все что надо. Парковка очень удобно прямо у дома, очень ценный аспект в Юрмале. Коммуникация сначала до приезда и во время пребывания хорошая. Однако после выезда наш запрос, была ли найдена потерянная нами вещь при уборке, - был напрочь проигнорирован. По принципу - вы выехали, теперь на вас наплевать. Это определено можно улучшить в...
