As others mention, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, huge stains all over the carpet on the corridors, dubious cleanliness, and the dirtiest water pool I’ve ever seen. ”

“Pros: friendly and efficient staff. They do their best Cons: it is not a resort. It is a complex of old houses without adequate maintenance, needing a huge and urgent improvement. Wood carvings on the walls don’t have mosquito nets so keep in mind that a tent would isolate you much more that these “villas” do. Also, the junction between the ceiling and walls is mainly open so the AC is ineffective, and we were unable to stay inside during the day. The interior is remarkably dark and light setup...

“Para empezar el hotel nunca responde a los mensajes. Tuvimos un problema a la hora de la reserva y luego a la hora de la llegada porque nos cancelaron el ferry a la isla y nunca respondieron. Pero lo más grave es que llovía por las noches, la habitación se encharcaba y solo nos pusieron toallas y cubos en el suelo. Teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel respecto a Malasia no creemos que esto sea aceptable.”

“No salimos prácticamente del hotel en 6 días. Con esto te lo digo todo. El personal es amable la habitación está muy minoia y es muy cómoda y las instalaciones en general están muy bien (es un resort en la playa y no es un Sheraton o un Hilton: tiene el encanto local pero no la perfección que le suponemos de una gran cadena). Está en una zona (al menos a principio de 2018) tranquila incluso en un momento en que Langkawi estaba a tope por el año nuevo chino. Sin duda repetiría zona y resort...

“1.Tiene muy bonita vista al mar(al embarcadero), mas no hay playa enfrente del hotel. 2. El hotel tiene un un estilo mediterraneo, y es bastante relajante. 3. El hotel esta lejos del Mall y Duty Free... pero los taxis no son caros. 4. La comida esta rica y tienen buen servicio. 5. Contras: No hay DVD en el hotel, si quieres utilizar WiFi tienes que pagar, no hay playa cerca y un poco lejos del area de compras.”
