“This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". “Joe welcomed us, what can I say about this guy other than he is the nicest and friendliest person we met on our holiday. He couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and relaxed.
