“Our executive ocean front suite was perfect - had everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating with a late check out as well. Great location and would definitely stay here again.”

“Advertising is misleading. The photos and the address are not for the property listed and the actual property is quite different. Less amenities then described as well, lack of communication from host as well. They know.”

“We had 2 adults and a 12 year old in the smallest room and it was a bit tight with 3 suitcases .The room was ok nothing special but it was clean and did the job .”

“The property was excellent. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The position of the property was very good, walking distance to the shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend this property, couldn't fault it.”

“Excellent location. Very nice town.”

“2nd time staying here, this time in the luxury apartment upstairs with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Definitely worth the extra, though the kitchen isn’t as well equipped (1 small saucepan and an eclectic small collection of electric frying pan and large stock pots). “The property was exceptional and Ting, the host goes ‘above and beyond’ to make her guests feel right at home. Great for short getaways or family vacations. Two thumbs up recommendation 👍👍”

“Fantastic period house located near the shopping center of town. All the amenities that you could wish for. Our Blue Heeler loved the place and had a good investigation around the back yard. Highly recommend a stay here. Our host was very pleasant and we had a good chinwag with him.”

“A beautiful luxurious suite, they have thought of everything. Hi”

“The well appointed Coastal Pods are delightful accommodation for couples or a family, with a beautiful outlook. The hosts have thought of and suppled everything for a very comfortable stay. ”

“This property, with onsite parking, has beautiful sea views and is in a great location within walking distance of town. The house has two bedrooms with queen beds and another with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. A washing machine is located in a separate area at the back of the property. The kitchen has all you need for a self contained stay. Full fridge, cook top and oven, dishwasher and undercover BBQ. The separate living area has plenty of comfortable seating. ”

“TV is very small! The apartment could do with a good clean and dust and the curtains washed. Window frames need cleaning. ”

“When I arrived nothing had been cleaned and the beds and bathroom hadn't been made up yet”

“An amazing apartment with stunning views and attention to design details. We appreciate stylish interiors and the novo was exceptional. The kitchen and bbq were a godsend because there are not many dining options in penguin on Monday and Tuesday nights!”
