“Great hotel and location”

“The positives were the staff, with check in and any enquiries, they were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The locations was great, within 10 mins walk to Rundle mall, very close to light rail stop and other attractions like museum etc. Heated pool was also great to use during winter. There is also a coffee club in the foyer of hotel. Room size was good, however a few points which ,let it down for us were: Main bedroom quite small, very squashy on either side of bed. Windows did not have sound...

“we had a room over the weekend and there were unquestionable stains on the bed, fridge was broken and possibly blood on one of the towels”

“At the check-in they would first not recognise my pin number. I tried twice, and then a woman from the office came and told the staff that the transaction had to be done manually. The next morning, they did not have a record of my free breakfast. I went upstairs to my room to get the Expedia confirmation, and then they rang me, and told me that I was entitled to the free breakfast. The room was nice and roomy. The grab-bars were well placed.
