“Reception not 24 hours but there are after hours key pick up and drop off. Parking was not a problem and after hours key pick was smooth. All appliances works except one hot tap in the bathroom was extremely loud when turning on. Upstairs is also steps only with no lift, have to be careful if there are issues with stairs when booking.”

“The room was billed as a two bedroom apartment which is true. It had a fully fitted out kitchen, a small laundry, lounge, dining table and a single bathroom. It is a comfortable two bedroom apartment with secure parking underneath the building. Access is via a lift. It is located close to the centre of town and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants on the beach.”

“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...
