“I booked the room. I was very happy with the photos of the room and the price. On arrival the superior room they gave me was horrible, it was tiny. I went reception, showed the photos and he told me the two did not tally. But he upgraded us to the Executive room which was the photos shown. The room was lovely. Amazing size and very comfortable. ”

“El hotel está a dos cuadras de la estación de tren y a 4 de la estación de autobuses. Está moderno, el servicio es bueno y el desayuno está muy bien. ”

“Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...
