“It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just...

“Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice.”

“The property is strategies to hospital, however; there is an incident when we renewal our stay at the hotel 3 times they made mistake like we paid for 3nights the invoice only show 2nights and the next week paid for 4nights the written invoice only 3nights. And just this week they charge the credit card with exact amount. However, the credit card is charged again$700+ without the receipt fortunately the bank notified. i’m not sure this is a mistake or onpurpose, Be aware.!”
