“Solo habia una persona haciendo el check in, habia cola de 5 personas. Teniendo tres puestos deberia haber mínimo dos personas.”

“The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area. Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. “Location not in walking distance of anything such as stores or railways. Short drive to Portsmouth Harbour. Quiet area.”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times but not for about 3/4 years. We couldn’t believe how run down it has become. The whole place needs to be refurbished. “El servicio de recepcion podria ser mas eficiente.”

“Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything. Small holes in bed linen upon arrival. Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible. Slow service all round.Service charge to room is 12.5 percent, slightly inflated for something that shouldnt exist.
