“The front desk staff was great at check-in. We found an old, used, large earplug near the side of the bed, and a dried up pasta noodle behind the chair. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff the following morning, the reply was that they would let housekeeping know - nothing else to try to make us feel better about the cleanliness of the room, or a gesture to give us something toward the room rate, anything would have made it less gross.”
