“Lage,Personal,Verpflegung süper, Einschränkung von ausserhalb für Essen,Getränke finden wir nicht angemessen,weil das für so ein großes Hotel nicht akzeptabel sein kann Sonst sind wir seit Jahren gerne in diesem Hotel”

“Not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars near to 2 stars. Reception with very bad customer service. Poor breakfast and tasteless food. Wi-fi doesn't work. Extremely noisy air conditioning. Phone calls in our room at 2 A.M. and nobody knows who make them. The best thing is the pool, altough the hotel doesn't provide the towels.”

“Realmente muy buena atencion en todo, nos fuimos de excursión nos guardaron maleta, nos prepararon un sanwich muy rico y nos dieron toallas, cuando necesitamos taxi estuvieron pendientes de que pongan taxímetro y kos hicieron sentir muy comodos. Muchas gracias ”

“was excellent all staff was much caring as i also am not so mobile with the use of a push roller they gave attendance to any need s without making me to feel uncomfortable or making request which was not having to be a pain for that absolutely fantastic stay of 5 days i would have love to had more time there and will not hesitate to go back there and highly recommend even as i was amongst mostly German people who were lovely bunch to meet thank s much to all the staff much happy with you all ...

“편하고 좋은환경에서 힐링을하고 왔습니다. 특히 직원들이 친절하고 아침식사는 너무 좋았습니다.실내 풀장.하맘.너무 좋았고 10일의 여정 여독을 풀었습니다. 간단한 식사는 할수도 있고.편하고 좋았구.야외풀장을 사용하지 못해서 아쉬웠어요. ”

“Ailece geçirdiğimiz en güzel tatil oldu. Personel güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular. Yemekler güzel ve lezzetliydi. Personel den en çok lobi bar daki MEHMET beye özellikle çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerçekten samimi ve içten ilgisi bu oteli tekrar tercih etmemize sebep gösterebiliriz. ”

“The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel.”

“Nous avons séjourner à side village tout est bien organisé vous avez un certain confort pas le grand luxe mais au vu du prix cela est très correct c’est propre, niveau restauration il y en a pour tous les goûts tout est varié il y’a même des thèmes félin les jours. La plage et juste à côté avec une navette qui vous dépose même pas à 2 min et il y a même la partie restauration à la plage. Je recommande cette hôtel le personnel est très serviable !!”
