“Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English.
Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet).
Spa was not worth it either.
Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries.
Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.”
