“We were not made aware of how many stairs to get to the property. There were liquid plug ins that caused headaches. We tried to air out the place during the day. First night when we closed the vehicle blinds 5 slats were missing which made open spaces in the sliding doors-no privacy. Called management who did nothing about it. Floors were dirty. Mold on the shower curtain liner. It has a very nice view of the lake.”
