“Unfortunately the lift to our room was out of order. There was ni signage about this. The guests included an 84 year old an 80 year old and a guest with a fractured ankle. Having to walk three flughts of stairs with suitcases was not easy. Contact was made to the bumber who advised they would let reception know then hung up on me. Could not call back. When maintenance person was asked the next day we were advised that it was broken before he left on leave and was not really interested. Remainder...

“The Rochers team is superb! Had a really lovely stay and wish we could stay here for longer. The villas are secluded and very well designed, not to mention the bed is super comfy too! Probably the best bed I had slept in! The view of Mount Warning was terrific from the villa and the pool. Will totally recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking at somewhere quiet and peaceful :) thank you so much and see you guys soon again!”
