“Check-in process was quick. Darren at front desk is friendly and very helpful who helped us enrollment of the hotel program, gave the suggestions of nearby gourmet and attractions. The vibe of the hotel is relaxing. Decoration and furniture are delicate. Room is clean, comfortable and in between luxury and practical. We got an ocean-view room. “一開始以親民的價格吸引我，離車站又近，就成了我到花蓮協助受災鄉民的首選。 行前剛好遇到鳳凰颱風來攪局，接著光復發布紅色警戒，致電說明可能無法前往，但已經過了退費期限，老闆霸氣幫我保留下次再入住；後來警戒解除，依計畫前往，又直接幫我客房升級為有窗戶的客房，感覺很讚！ 房間擺設充滿海洋風，藍色調剛好是我喜歡的，服務人員親切問候與回應，讓人下次還想再來！”
