“Very professional staff . Internet was not working in my villa and was fixed very quickly . The transfer from Lombock to Trawangan had me waiting for more than 35 minutes for the boat ( the driver forgot to announce my arrival to harbor) and they compensated me with a 40% discount on the price of the transfer . Breakfast was available until 13.00 hours every day ( first hotel I ever encounter to do so !!) . Very close to the busy area of the island but far away to avoid the noise . I...

“The hotel is right on the beach so you can just sit in the restaurant and watch beautiful sunrise. We swam near the restaurant and spotted a few turtles! The hotel food is OK but there were better options on the island. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”
